No resale or redistribution

Products, credentials, licenses, files, and service access are for the buyer only. Reselling, sharing, duplicating, leaking, or redistributing them in any form is prohibited.

All sales are final

Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted after payment or delivery, except for an eligible pre-order that is not fulfilled within the stated seven-day protection period. Payment gateway fees remain non-refundable.

Limited delivery warranty

Standard purchases include a one-hour warranty starting when the system or administrator sends the product. Fulfilled pre-orders include a one-day warranty. Claims submitted after the applicable period cannot be processed.

Account-based products

For accounts, licenses, or third-party access, quality is checked before delivery. Continued access depends on how the buyer uses the product and on each third-party platform’s own rules. The store provides access only and is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, or losses caused by buyer activity or platform policy.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer must verify the delivered item immediately, secure all credentials, change passwords where permitted, use the product lawfully, and provide complete evidence when submitting a warranty claim. Damage caused by misuse, modification, sharing, negligence, or unsupported software is excluded.

Violation and compensation

A verified violation may result in account suspension, termination of access, cancellation of warranty and support, and compensation equal to 10 times the price of each affected product or service, subject to a minimum of Rp 100,000 per affected item, without limiting recovery for greater documented losses where permitted by applicable law.

Security and prohibited conduct

Do not use any product or service for fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the store, provider, or another party. Attempts to bypass licensing, payment, or security controls are prohibited.

Claims and evidence

Warranty claims must be submitted through the official support ticket within the warranty period and include the invoice, clear description, screenshots or recording, and other evidence reasonably requested for verification.
